Design the overall recruitment plans, strategy and process.
Manage acquisition, talent pool and selection strategy management to drive optimum utilization of resources.
Coordinating with managers to match demand
Optimize service delivery for all processes and have full knowledge of job position needed in each department
Informing job duties, responsibilities, benefits, opportunities, working conditions etc to job applicants
Source, screen, attract and onboard a targeted pool of job applicants
Organizing, monitoring and following up on recruitment process
At least more than 2 years experience in full cycle of recruitment process
Proven working as Recruitment for Tech Company / Headhunter for Software Engineer will be advantage.
Detail oriented , Proactive, resourceful, Eager to learn and results-orientated
Proficient in using online job platforms (Ex: Urbanhire, Linkedin, Tech in Asia etc)
Ability to understand the talents demand in different roles and departments
Excellent interpersonal, research, and time management skills
Can do attitude & able to work well independently
Bachelor Degree in any field and excellent in organizational skill
Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan (Cilandak)
