Supervised the operations flow and process to ensure everything are working effectively at its best.
Review operations process and company policies to help enhance workflow and develop a stronger and scale-able operations
Liaising with other department to deliver additional customer operations-related requirements to be incorporated into the product development.
Communicate and track the progress to support the effective function of each flow and process.
Collaborate across departments to enable operations solutions.
Propose new ideas to enable operations efficiency
Run ad hoc projects
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in preferably Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
