Requirements

-Proven work experience more than 1 year as customer service
-Enjoy reading your emails and letters
-Can type really fast with little mistakes
-Able to do your own research and discover creative solutions to issues
-Excellent listen, written and verbal communications skills
-Computer literate & skilled navigating through multiple screens
-Preferable have experience in using zendesk
-Able to effectively organize and prioritize your day
-Genuinely care about people and want to help them
-We can rely on you to provide your best work
-Punctuality and dependable with a strong work ethic
-Create stories that have a direct impact on people’s life
-Support hundreds of life-changing stories to inspire and restore people's faith in humanity
-Support campaigners in a lovable and helpful manner
-Engage and maintain friendly communications with campaigners
