If accepted, you will be working in Impacts.Digital Agency, Kitabisa.com sister company that provides digital services for non profits.

Job descriptions:

  • Performing retroactive analysis of new features to evaluate their impact on KITABISA agency's North Star Metrics;
  • Plan and execute the Digital and CRM Campaign to existing users using mobile engagement and CRM tools, including WA, Messenger and Email Marketing platform (and SMS if necessary)
  • Optimizes the conversion rate for different parts of the marketing funnel;
  • Optimizes new user activation experience for their Product through experimentation, ideation, and implementation.
  • Determine the proper metrics for tracking current and future experiments;
  • Develop dashboards that provide insights and visualization into channel performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance;
  • Present findings to senior management to drive strategic decisions;
  • Evaluate the Donors Journey Map, analyze drop-offs and suggest initiatives to improve overall Donors experiences and retention across multiple channels.
  • Do experiments and A/B testing to gain more insights on what works and what's not
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
Requirements
  • BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Analytical, Digital Marketing or CRM Field;
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Favro, Jira);
  • A creative design-thinking and problem-solving mindset that can work in increments and exponents;
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital and CRM campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Good knowledge of SQL;
  • Strong project management skill to manage complex projects;
  • Ability to work independently with minimum direct supervision;
  • Proficiency with multiple analytic and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g., MixPanel, Tableau etc.);
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution;
  • Hustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team.
  • Use tools such as in-app event streams, R, Python, BigQuery, BigTable, and more to work efficiently at scale.
  • Ability to do at least simple statistical analysis to gather insights about customer behavior and find growth hacking opportunity (i.e. RFM, Memory Based Reasoning, Network Analysis, NLP, Sentiment Analysis, Optimization Analysis, etc).
