Kitabisa.com is Indonesia's most popular fundraising and donation platform for social causes. Since 2013 we've facilitated more than 14.000 campaigns, collecting IDR 400bio donations from >1mio community of #orangbaik. 

We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as Customer Support (Social Media).

Job Description

  1. Handles inbound complaints from customer through social media
  2. Resolve customer concerns completely and accurately using available tools
  3. Resolve complaints from customer and provide suggestions
  4. Answer queries regarding verification, disbursement, requests, donations, etc.
  5. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests.
  6. Acts as an ambassador to customers by providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
  1. Has at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  2. Able to keep up with a highly dynamic and operational environment
  3. Willing to attend shifting schedules
  4. A fast learner and a proactive problem solver
  5. High attention to detail
  6. Outstanding communication skills
  7. Experience in handling direct customer service support is a plus
  8. Computer literacy
  9. Familiar with social media
  10. Have a professional, positive and enthusiastic behavior towards employees and customers.
  11. Having a spirit of service, willing to work in a team and have good behavior
  12. Able to control emotions well and think positively
  13. Pro-active and self-driven with a Doers attitude
  14. Willingness to learn
