- Handles inbound complaints from customer through social media
- Resolve customer concerns completely and accurately using available tools
- Resolve complaints from customer and provide suggestions
- Answer queries regarding verification, disbursement, requests, donations, etc.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests.
- Acts as an ambassador to customers by providing exceptional customer service
